Pricing reflects the To-Be-Built home only, and does not include land or land improvements. A number of our customers choose to build on land they already possess or are in the process of buying. We love to help these customers by providing an “on-your-land” option for building their new home. Southern Homes can build your new home on your land as long as the lot meets our standard and location conditions.
