Program Rules:
- A referrer who submits a referral, who is not yet registered with Southern Homes, to Southern Homes through the Southern Homes website form, a Southern Homes survey or through a sales person, will receive a $250 Publix gift card after the referee closes on a home by Southern Homes if the referee signs a contract with Southern Homes within one year from the time of the referral.
- A referrer may submit an unlimited number of viable referrals whom the referrer believes would want to be named a referee.
- Realtors are excluded from this program.
- Southern Homes sales people are excluded from this program.
- This offer is subject to termination at any time at the sole discretion of Southern Homes. Referral submissions that are made prior to termination will still be honored.
